Meet Your Birth Doula
I am a full-spectrum birth doula offering fertility, prenatal, birth, postpartum, infant, and household support. I grew up in a large family with seven siblings and thirteen nieces and nephews. As a queer person, I learned early the importance of chosen family, acceptance, and community care. These values guide how I show up for the diverse families I support. With my ECE Level 1, experience working in daycares, and my role as a foster parent, I bring a nurturing, grounded presence to my birth work..
I offer a calm, thoughtful, and trauma-informed presence, creating spaces where birthing people feel seen, heard, and supported. Alongside doula care, I provide holistic bodywork that may include Swedish relaxation massage, ceremony, and gentle spiritual practices, always consent-based and integrated with the whole birth journey. I also support families through holistic nourishment, including food preparation and herbal remedies, to promote comfort, healing, and ease. It is an honor to walk alongside individuals and families during this powerful and transformative season of life
